Frequently asked questions

Does it work in my currency?
Yes. Type your own currency label in Settings.

Does it connect to a bank or app?
No. You enter the data yourself, so it stays private.

Can I use it for more than 62 days?
Save a fresh copy and change the first date in Settings.

How are mobile money payments handled?
Choose the payment method on each row. Only "Cash" changes the cash drawer; other methods are tracked separately.

What about refunds?
You have a 60-day return policy. Refunds are handled by Digistore24, the reseller.
