NYANSATEK Systems ("NYANSATEK", "we", "us") is based in Obuasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana, and provides NYANSATEK POS, NYANSATEK School and NYANSATEK Gold. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it's protected, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
We use the information above to create and provision your account, send login details and service notifications by SMS and email, provide customer support, maintain the security and reliability of the Services, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share limited data with the service providers that make NYANSATEK work, strictly for that purpose:
We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 7.
Each business's data is stored in an isolated space and is not accessible to other customers. Access to underlying systems is limited to what's necessary to operate and support the Services. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal data we hold about you or your business, correct inaccurate data, or delete your account and associated data, subject to any legal retention requirements. To make a request, email support@nyansatek.systems. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
NYANSATEK POS and NYANSATEK Gold may hold personal details of the business's own customers and sellers (for example names and phone numbers on sales, credit, or gold-purchase records). The business that operates the account is responsible for that data; NYANSATEK handles it only on the business's behalf, to run the Service.
Students (School product).
NYANSATEK School stores student records (name, class, attendance, grades) on behalf of the school that operates the account. The school, not NYANSATEK, is the data controller for student information and is responsible for having appropriate consent from parents or guardians. Contact your school directly regarding student data requests.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
Questions about this policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to support@nyansatek.systems or by calling 0536 340 578.
