Frequently asked questions

Does it work in my currency?
Yes. Type your own currency label in Settings. There are no fixed currency symbols or tax rules.

Does it connect to a bank or app?
No. You enter the data yourself, so it stays private on your computer.

Is it a point-of-sale system?
No. It is a spreadsheet for recording and analysis. It does not scan barcodes or print receipts.

Can I keep going after the rows run out?
Save a fresh copy for the next period and change the first month in Settings.

What about refunds?
You have a 60-day return policy. Refunds are handled by Digistore24, the reseller.
